EasyCGI entered the internet business in 1994 as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and began web hosting services in 1998 giving it quite a bit of experience.
EasyCGI touts the fact that their servers are not outsourced to another company or kept in a remote location. Instead EasyCGI houses its data center in the same facility as their company headquarters allowing the support team to quickly address and resolve any problems that may occur.
